PageResolver becomes SmartNavigation

Matt Goldman has renamed PageResolver to SmartNavigation and brought it up to date for .NET 10, cleaning up naming/namespaces and making the library’s purpose more discoverable.

The post walks through what changed (and what didn’t), including the unified INavigationManager API surface and some lifecycle improvements for ViewModels.
