v1.0.3 Windows Maps: MapClicked now works

Gerald Versluis The MapClicked event didn’t work for the Windows Maps implementation so we fixed that for you! Also, under the hood, we did some rewiring to make the rest work a little bit more reliably, but you shouldn’t even notice.
